This interactive workshop creates a safe and supportive space for pastors to explore the vital practice of self-care. \nThrough guided conversation\, personal reflection\, and shared experiences\, participants will address common struggles to ministry\, identify signs of burnout\, and learn practical strategies for maintaining emotional\, spiritual\, and physical health. Ample time will be given for open dialogue\, peer encouragement\, and honest discussion around the unique challenges of pastoral life.
