Join us on Thursday, March 12 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM for a half-day retreat designed to refresh, encourage, and strengthen you in your calling.

Ministry can be deeply rewarding, and deeply challenging. Many pastors faithfully prepare and deliver messages, yet often wonder why some people resist what they hear or struggle to take ownership of spiritual growth. This Pastor Powerup creates space to reflect, recalibrate, and refocus.

This three-segment retreat is intentionally structured to both challenge and encourage:

Segment 1 – Understanding the Message and the Resistance
We’ll explore the dynamics of how pastors communicate truth and why people sometimes resist it. Together, we’ll examine common patterns of response, internal barriers, and practical ways to shepherd people toward ownership rather than passivity.

Segment 2 – Guided Conversation and Shared Encouragement
You’ll enter a safe, guided space for honest conversation with fellow pastors. This is a time to share real experiences, ask candid questions, and encourage one another in the unique pressures of ministry leadership.

Segment 3 – Cultivating Christlike Identity
The final session moves into the deeper work of spiritual formation. We’ll focus on helping those you serve grow into a Christlike identity — moving beyond behavior modification to heart transformation. You’ll leave with practical insight and renewed clarity about forming disciples, not just delivering messages.

This retreat is hosted by Servant’s Oasis, a place designed to give servant-leaders the opportunity to rest, reflect, and be refreshed.
