Today’s reading: 1 Corinthians 13:1-13
As part of the apostle Paul’s letter to the young church in Corinth, he provides instruction on the functioning of the body of Christ (chapter 12) and then builds on this teaching with a discussion about the importance of embracing God’s love and demonstrating it to others in chapter 13. Paul’s message is clear that everything we do should be based on, and motivated by, love.
